Peg Mason is responsible for oversight and administration of public sector contracts for health care management and quality improvement held by IFMC.  Ms. Mason has over 25 years of experience in health care quality improvement, including four years as director of Hospital Reporting Program Quality Improvement Organization Support Center (HRP QIOSC).

Kim Downs is the Senior Director of Operations for the Iowa QIO contract. She has over 30 years experience in health care quality improvement including various positions within the IFMC organization, as well as leadership in Iowa health care initiatives.
