Iowa Foundation for Medical Care Commitment to Privacy
The Iowa Foundation for Medical Care (IFMC) recognizes that whether you
are an existing client or are considering a relationship with us, you have
an interest in how we collect, maintain, and use information about you. We
respect your right to privacy and want you to know how we handle the
information we receive from you via the Internet.
Personal Information
When you visit the IFMC Web site and use it to communicate with us, we
will not collect personal information about you, unless you provide us
that information voluntarily. If you provide personal information
voluntarily, we will not sell, license or transmit that information
outside IFMC and those affiliated companies involved in administering or
providing contracted services, unless required to do so by legal, judicial
or governmental proceedings, or unless we do so in accordance with an

the inquiry.

IFMC via e-mail.

help us project problems with our server and functionally administer our

IFMC may change our Commitment to Privacy statement from time to time
without notice. This statement is not intended to and does not create any
contractual or other legal rights in or on behalf of any party.
