Locked Records Viewer

The MCMP-PAT collection tool has a locking feature that prevents users from modifying the same patient at the same time.  The unlock utility will be helpful in this situation: User A edited Patient X's record.  MCMP-PAT locked this record so no other user can modify it.  The computer crashed and the record was not properly unlocked.  As a result, Patient X's record cannot be modified unless the administrator uses the unlock utility to correct it.
