MCMP-PAT was created using C# on Microsoft’s .NET 1.1 framework. The database file is Access 2003 but does not require MS Access to be present on the machine.
Software
The following are the software requirements to run MCMP-PAT:
- Internet Explorer 5.01 or later (required by .NET 1.1 framework)
- .NET 1.1 framework (required to run MCMP-PAT, download it from the link below)
- .NET 1.1 framework service pack 1 (required on older versions of Windows) *
- MCMP-PAT application
- MCMP-PAT database and related files (located on local machine or shared directory) **
** MCMP-PAT can only be opened if there is an available database.

Internet Connection
The automatic update feature of MCMP-PAT requires an Internet connection. This is also needed to access the QualityNet website.
