Saving Changes

To save the changes made to the current patient, click on Patient Save from the menu.   Pressing Ctrl+S or clicking the Save button in the toolbar will also have the same effect. Any of these conditions will prevent the changes from being saved: The patient's last name was not provided. The patient's first name was not provided. The patient's gender was not provided. The patient's birthday was not provided or is invalid. If one of the above conditions is encountered, the Errors and Warnings window will be shown, notifying the user of the critical error.  Once the changes have been saved, the Save and Cancel menu items and toolbar buttons will be disabled.  They will be enabled again once a change has been made to the patient's information.
