Downloading Files in QualityNet
 
Reminders
  • QualityNet requires that you keep your account active.  If your account has been deactivated, contact your QualityNet Security Administrator.
  • Before downloading files, make sure that there are no important files in the target folder that may be accidentally overwritten.

Below are the steps in downloading files from QualityNet.

1. Open a browser and go to www.qualitynet.org and click on the Sign In button at the top.

2. Enter your user name and password in the Sign In screen and click the Sign In button.

3. A pop-up window on Terms and Agreement will appear. If this is your first time to see this message, carefully read through it and click the Accept button. This window will appear before your username and password are authenticated.

4. On the next page, click the Send / Receive link.

5. The page will refresh and a Java applet will be loaded.  Once the applet is fully loaded, it will bring you to the next screen.

6. The default view in the next page is your Inbox containing the list of new and old messages.  Put a checkmark on the item to be downloaded then click the Download Files button.

7. A warning message will displayed. Click OK to to proceed.

8. Select the folder where the file is to be stored and click Save.

8. Wait until the download is complete.  Once done, a message box will be shown.  Click OK to close the message box.

10. Log out of QualityNet.
