Print Preview
 
The Print Preview window shows a preview of the document to be sent to the printer.  It allows the user to review the format and set the values of some printing options such as paper size and margins.  Any form that has a Preview button will bring up the Print Preview window.  Below is a screen shot of the print preview toolbar and the description of each of the buttons.

1 Print Setup Shows the Print Setup dialog box that allows the user to select a printer, set some options and print pages.  The Print Setup dialog box may vary among different printers.
2 Page Setup Shows the page setup dialog box that allows the user to modify the page orientation,  size, margin and other options.
3 Header & Footer Shows a dialog box that allows the user to change the text in the header and footer.  Make sure that you have enough top and bottom margins for your header and footer.
4 Current Page Shows the current page.
5 First Page Shows the first page or first two pages if there are two pages or more and the two-page view option has been selected.
6 Previous Page Shows the previous page or the previous two pages if the two-page view option has been selected.
7 Next Page Shows the next page or next two pages if the two-page view option has been selected.
8 Last Page Shows the last page.
9 Actual Size View Shows the page in 100% view.
10 Two-Page View Shows two pages in the preview window.
11 Four-Page View Shows four pages in the preview window.
12 Zoom Indicates the current view size.  Allows the user to zoom in and out of the preview page.
13 Close Closes the print preview page.
