Demographics - Options & Comments

The Options and Comments section in the Demographics tab allows users to alter the way the tool synchronizes the LDL-C values as well as associate comments to a patient. The Custom Notes field must not be filled with any information unless instructed.  This is a reserved field, and only specific text must be entered here. This is for special circumstances only.  For example, a practice noticed that at least half of their patients have wrong birthday.  This may warrant an investigation; and in order to easily track those patients, we may instruct the practice to put the text WRONG_BDAY.
